At Creation Studio we take a similar process approach for each project but each project is treated individually. Your business or company is unique. So are your website needs.

Initial Consultation

When we meet you for the first time, whether by phone, email or in person, we develop an assessment of your online needs. Depending on the complexity of the project, this part of the process can vary. We are very experienced at assessing the scope of the project and coming up with an action plan or storyboard for your website.

Agreement

We have developed a quoting system that takes into account the hours to develop your website and the complexity of your project. We take many factors into account when developing a cost analysis for the development of your site, and we provide a price based on what we believe is a fair market price.  A simple, easy to understand contract is signed by both parties, and we move onto the next phase.

We usually require 50% deposit upfront and then partial payment at milestone phases.

Project Management

As part of the Agreement phase, we determine which platform your website will be developed on. We are experts in both web applications (custom ground up builds) as well as the Drupal CMS platform.

At this phase, we assign your project to the appropriate teams, set up your billing and project accounts on our systems. Everything is managed according to a structured schedule based on the requirements of the site build.

You will receive a well structured two page design questionnaire which helps us in the design phase.

Setup Core Files/Databases

At this phase, we set up the core site files and databases so that they are ready for the development and theming phases.

Design Phase

Once we receive the design questionnaire back from you, we assign that to our excellent graphic design team to begin their work.

Once that is complete, we provide you with a website address (URL) where you can view the mockups.  We have a 95% success rate of achieving an approval for the graphic design concept the first time.

Site Theming

Our development team takes over at this point and creates the site theme based on the graphic design.

Site Development

Based on your requirements, the magic begins to take shape as our team develops all of your requirements for your website.

Content

We input your content into your website at this phase.

Preview and Quality Control

Your site is tested and marked for quality by the owner of Creation Studio. You will be given the address of your website on our development server for review and approval.

Site Launch

At this phase, our clients enjoy showing off their new website to their clients and colleagues.
