The creation Studio will not provide refunds for services agreed upon and have been completed or are in progress. If a client wishes to cease services before service is complete, a partial refund may be discussed based on hours of service performed. In such case, The Creation Studio reserves the rights to creative works that it has created and website will be taken offline. Services such as hosting and domain name registration that have been requested and paid for will not be subject to refunds. Requests for cancellation for services as such domain name registration and hosting that are due to be recuring must be made, in writting, thirty days before the renewal date or no refund will be issued.

It is the Creation Studio's policy to seek customer satisfaction in all services provided by The Creation Studio.
